Moreover, Sahabat Perempuan dan Anak (SAPA) mobile unit has been deployed to school to offer free counselling services to students, teachers, families, and nearby residents who need psychological assistance.

“We will provide psychologists to support children during remote learning (PJJ) and throughout the school recovery process,” she said, according to a written statement on Sunday (11/9).

Iin also disclosed that Jakarta Health Agency has arranged a clinical support schedule and deployed health workers to assist victims who still require ongoing care.

“Jakarta Provincial Government is also coordinating with Police Headquarters and Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection to ensure the availability of psychologists to accompany the victims' recovery process from beginning to end,” she added.

Meanwhile, Nahdiana, Head of Jakarta Education Agency, explained that SMAN 72 is still undergoing sterilization and remains under police supervision.

Therefore, the school will begin remote learning starting Monday (11/10) until the school building is declared safe for use again.

“Learning will be focused on the recovery process and students' mental preparation before returning to school. Later, in-class sessions will be led by homeroom teachers and psychologists, featuring more interactive activities such as sports and arts to help SMAN 72 students recover and feel safe again,” she explained.

According to her, parents will be briefed on the recovery steps taken by the school, psychologists, and local officials before students return to class.

“Currently, personnel from Health and PPAPP Agencies are stationed onsite to ensure the support process runs smoothly,” she added.

It is noted that 30 victims are still undergoing treatment in several hospitals: 14 at Jakarta Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital (RSIJ), 15 at Yarsi Hospital, and 1 at Pertamina Jaya Hospital.

The Jakarta Provincial Government assures that all victims will receive the best medical care and ongoing monitoring of their condition.
